With this copyright project, our Portland copyright client gave us a unique perspective on the different areas of Portland with his interpretive map. Our copyright attorneys prepared and filed a copyright application covering the creative aspects of the map to secure a federal copyright registration.
Software Copyright
To protect our Oregon City copyright client’s software, our copyright attorneys prepared and filed a software copyright application. The software provides advanced task and inventory maganagment capabilities for businesses and teams. In due course, our copyright attorneys secured a federal copyright registration for our client’s computer program.
Book Copyright
In this example, our copyright attorneys secured a federal copyright registration for our Oregon copyright client’s novel. Protecting the works of Oregon authors has been an integral part of our copyright law practice since the beginning of our law firm.
Copyright Assignment Agreement
In this example, our copyright attorneys secured the rights under copyright law to the graphic design above for our Oregon copyright client by preparing and negotiating a copyright assignment agreement. The graphic design is protected by a federal copyright registration - now owned by our copyright client - and was used for a time by an Oregon business. The graphic design celebrates the logging heritage of the Pacific Northwest.
